All tickets are processed on a first in first out basis based on priority. If a ticket is submitted with the incorrect priority level it will default to low priority. Example: (You want a title BOLD on a site and list that has HIGH priority it would get placed as LOW as it does not meet the standards of HIGH priority category). Your complete and accurate contact information is required, we are not responsible for communication not received if an inaccurate email or phone number is used in the registration process. Not all requests will be free of charge however, if a support request does not fall under our terms of service for no charge you will NEVER be auto-billed our team will ensure that you get a proposal and agree to any terms of service and pricing PRIOR to charging for work.
